To support an organization that provides post-incarceration transition services to men who are attending Horizon Academy at Rikers Island jail.

To support an organization that provides post-incarceration transition services to men, ages of 18 and 21, who are attending Horizon Academy at Rikers Island jail. The organization offers a two-year commitment to young men after they leave prison to help them stay out of prison, complete their education and/or vocational training, and retain employment that offers self-sufficiency.
