To support a program that provides job skills training, vocational counseling, and internship positions to teens in the Northwest Bronx. Programming begins with a 3-week job readiness training program to prepare young people for the work world. Students are then placed in internships related to health, education, or the environment, and work closely with on-site staff to gain a better understanding of careers within that field.
