To support an organization that matches young people from underserved communities in New York City with adult volunteer mentors. Mentors and mentees communicate regularly via e-mail, meet face-to-face at iMentor-sponsored events, and collaborate online on projects designed to improve students’ reading, writing, research, and technology skills.
