Policy and Service Delivery for Youth in Probation, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse Services

Abram Rosenblatt, Ph.D., professor, department of psychiatry, University of California, San Francisco, will work with Santa Cruz County’s Probation and Substance Abuse Departments and the New California Network.

Dr. Rosenblatt will serve as a program manager at the Santa Cruz County’s Probation and Substance Abuse Departments to give him a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by line staff. While at the New California Network, he will collaborate with staff on information and research strategies that will help policymakers better understand how policy affects youth.
