Journal of Research Use

This grant will be used to establish a free online journal related to research use.

A journal will be developed by the American Educational Research Association’s (AERA) Special Interest Group on Research Use (SIGRU). The journal will feature two broad topic areas: research on research use (i.e., how to explore the use of research in policy and practice); and research communication (i.e., how to improve the communication of research findings). Authors and peer reviewers will be drawn from the AERA membership roster. The Foundation’s award will be matched by the AERA SIGRU.

Evidence in Education Lab: State Education Fellowship

This grant will support the development of a fellowship to guide senior state education agency officials in their implementation of the evidence provisions of the Every Student Succeeds Act.
