Mr. Geen, Director of Child Welfare Research at the Urban Institute will work with the Democratic staff within the Human Resources Subcommittee of the House Committee on Ways and Means. This work will provide first-hand experience in how federal child welfare policy decisions are made, while at the same time giving insights into how child welfare policy fits within the larger agenda for low-income children, youth, and families.
