This grant will analyze the California Office to Reform Education’s (CORE) efforts to develop a comprehensive school performance measurement system.

This project offers an account of how a district sought to use research and data in its teacher evaluation system and will provide insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers who are designing and implementing new teacher evaluation systems.

This report will provide a comprehensive analysis of teacher evaluation in American public education.
