Board Strengthening and Organizational Sustainability

The Forum will work with an outside consultant to focus on three areas: board strengthening, board growth and transitioning, and fund development.

The Forum for Youth Investment manages the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality, Spark Action (an online constituency building enterprise), and the Ready by 21 National Partnership. Funds were given to help the Forum ensure that its Board of Trustees is properly structured to oversee the organization.
