Funds were given to develop and host a series of working meetings for consortium-like entities engaged in capacity-building research to learn best practices. The first conference is entitled “Conducting Research to Build the Capacity of Urban Educators.”
Funding was provided to create an ongoing professional community of practice to share findings and develop cross-city research projects across consortia nationally.
