To support a program that provides services to young fathers, aged 16-20, who are currently incarcerated, but due to be released within 6-9 months. Young men and their children’s mothers receive individual and family counseling, intensive case management, weekly parent education groups, mentoring, and transportation services for visitation. The program also offers support to the young men after they are released from prison and helps them enroll in school, get their GEDs, or find jobs.
