The mental and physical health fields acknowledge that there is a gap between research evidence and clinical and public health practice and policy. This conference provides a forum for researchers and policy and practice leaders to communicate and learn about the impact of evidence-based approaches on clinical and community settings via public health practice, healthcare delivery, and healthcare policy. With the Foundation’s support, this year’s meeting will also feature policymakers’ and practitioners’ perspectives on how future research can be made more relevant to their information needs.
This grant will support the participation of policymakers and practitioners serving as speakers or discussants at the 7th Annual Science of Dissemination and Implementation Conference.
