To support an after-school and summer program that helps youth learn how to think and work creatively, improve their reading and writing, learn leadership skills, and gain an appreciation of cultural diversity. The program serves mainly African-American, Latino, and recent immigrant youth, ages 9 to 13, in Central and East Harlem, New York.
