To support the Child Empowerment Program, which provides elementary and middle school students with mental health services that support their emotional stability and academic achievement. The goal of the Child Empowerment Program is to help children gain insight into the feelings associated with traumatic experiences, and to provide support, referral information for specialized services, and informational materials that will help them overcome emotional obstacles. Free services are provided onsite in schools and include class workshops, group counseling sessions, and individual mental health counseling.
