Exalt Youth requests support for its Alumni Support Improvement Project, which aims to improve the alumni component of our educational internship program for court-involved youth, ages 15-20 in New York City, through professional development and the creation of a robust system of alumni processes and activities, resulting in greater alumni retention and participation in Exalt’s support services.
