Improving Gang Prevention & College Prep for TOP Pride

Camp Vacamas Association of New Jersey will use this award to improve their TOP Pride program, which serves middle and high school students who are living in temporary housing (shelters) or are awaiting foster care placement in Queens, New York.

Camp Vacamas will enroll its TOP Pride staff members in college preparation and gang prevention training courses. Once the trainings are complete, staff will develop new curricula for these two areas.
