IntegrateNYC is a youth-led, intergenerational movement that develops youth leaders who repair the harms of segregation and build authentic integration and equity in NYC public schools. It has a unique leadership structure with teams of Adults and Youth Co-Executive Directors. After conducting multiple assessments with the Board of Directors and staff, the primary organizational challenges that participants identified were limited fundraising capacity and leadership development, especially following a period of transitions and off-boarding among directors. This grant will expand board and staff capacity through ongoing leadership coaching, strengthen fundraising efforts by supporting consultants and grant writing, and help staff develop a new strategic plan.
This grant will support fundraising and leadership capacity-building at Integrate NYC.
